What we do
Every engagement starts with a two-hour diagnostic session. We look at your accounts, talk to your key people, and identify the three or four issues that matter most right now. From there, we agree on a scope, a timeline and a fixed fee before any work begins.
Financial planning and forecasting
We build 12-month cash flow models and rolling forecasts so you can see trouble coming before it arrives. Most clients get their first usable forecast within ten working days of the diagnostic.

Why we started this firm
Our founder spent fourteen years inside corporate strategy teams at two FTSE 250 companies. The tools and frameworks used by large corporations are powerful, but they rarely reach the businesses that need them most: the 10-person manufacturer, the family-run retailer, the growing SaaS start-up.
Integrity Biz Consulting was set up in 2019 to close that gap. We take the same analytical rigour, strip away the jargon, and deliver advice in plain language with clear next steps.
We are based in Scotland and work with clients across the UK. Most of our projects last between four and twelve weeks. Some clients keep us on a monthly retainer for ongoing support; others call us once a year for an annual review. Either way, we charge fixed fees agreed in advance. No timesheets, no surprise invoices.
